Joshua's arranging skills come well-practiced and ready for use with any project he undertakes, both personal and for hire. His work can be heard and seen with his arrangements of "Moon River" and "Pure Imagination", was cultivated and refined under the tutelage of Dr. Russell Haight at the University of Texas School of Music, and was further honed under personal practice and improvement during his employment with Princess Cruises, writing commissioned arrangements for cruise directors, guest entertainers, the house band and independent acts on board the ships he worked. Joshua is open and available for custom arrangements and editing of existing works, and is flexible with the commissioner's needs and timeline.
